About this event
Technical ballet barre warm up with focus on turn out, hip alignment, proper plie and port de bras engagement, Introduce and fine tune advanced turn and jump/leap skills. Focus on Dance Team jazz essentials (pirouettes, grandes with varying speeds, leg / arm positions, spot changes, floats, etc., switch leap skills, progressing into advancing skills such as 540s, flying squirrels and more! Geared toward 8th grade and up!
